Care Instructions

1. Rinse
   Rinse the underwear in cold water immediately after use to remove excess blood.

2. Wash
   Machine wash at a maximum of 40 degrees with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, as these can impair absorbency. Alternatively, you can hand wash.

3. Dry
   Hang dry the underwear – avoid using a tumble dryer to extend their lifespan. Use the same size as your regular panties for the best fit and comfort.
